I run a somewhat active board but when I take a 3+ day break it seems by members have as well. I have to create a contest and email everyone just to bring them back.

Yep. Even if it is for a day. If I don't post, they won't either. I keep asking for leaders to step up, but I never get any. Still a small forum... But out of 250 people, I figured one person could at least make a forum on their own...
Sure does get me fustrated, but I enjoy it most of the time
