Emergency help. Error in ACP

In ACP, I got this error

I dont know what happened.
Pls help me to fix it.
I used VB3.6.4
Hacked Mods: Embedded my language typing, Anymedia,TopXstat

It appears you may be missing some admin files. Check to make sure that everything is in the admincp folder.

yup, make sure you uploaded all the files in admincp/ and in ascii mode
