Can you help me with this?

As most of you know, I upgraded yesterday to 3.7.1 P1 and I'm starting to dig around to see if everything is okay.

Well, I found this error when trying to send a Private Message to someone.....

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing or mismatched.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

.....what can I (or should I) do to correct this? Any thoughts?

do you have any of the Private Message Templates edited ??

if yes, revert them !!

So Brandon, does this mean that it could be one of the mods that I have from the previous version I was running wasn't updated or isn't working with 3.7.1. P1 correctly?

How do you revert them?

Sorry....I'm inexperienced when it comes to most of this stuff.

To revert, simply go to Style Manager->Expand Templates->Private Message Templates->

see if any of those templates are edited, you can check this if they are colored like this

If they are edited, you can simply revert them by selecting it and click Revert button on the side Controls box.

if none of them are edited, then look for some Private Message related mods in your Plugins and Product->Manage Products

and disable them and see the effect

DO NOT revert all templates if you are running a custom or customized template, that could make you pull your hair out having to redo all your code tweaks.
