Not sure what you mean when you say you changed it to 'blank'.

Re-setting it to / shoud allow you in.

Make sure you delete any existing cookies for the site before trying to log in (This is easier to do in Firefox).

Hiya Paul,

In your AdminCP, in the vBulletin Options for cookies, you'll see the domain can be either ".yourdomain.com" (with the dot in front) or "(blank)". In most cases, it should be blank, but my live forum is set to .thefloorpro.com.

Anyway, the login problem was resolved by overwriting all the folders and files of the site with fresh copies from the upload folder of the product.
