I created a custom 404 page using this:
Create a Custom vBulletin "404 Page Not Found" Page, and direct vBSEO to use it. - vBulletin SEO Forums
It works fine inside the forums directory, but I would like it to work on the root as well. As it stands I get php errors: http://www.tenstones.net/404.php
My .htaccess in the root points to /forums/404.php
Because it calls misc.php it needs global.php which I added to the root and edited to also point to /forums/ for all the files it calls, which leads to init.php and it continues. I even went as far as to copy the entire root and I have tried the intergration built into vBAdvanced which also didn't work.
I'm fresh out of ideas.
