In your Admin Control Panel, there is a section called USER PROFILE FIELDS.

You can Add a New Category (Like - Biography or anything else you want to create)

Once you have created that, you can go to Add a New User Profile Field. There you can select what type of field to make it..from text to buttons to menus. Once you select the type the system will take you into the configuration of that new field.
