What are your favorite hacks or modifications that you have done to your forum yourself?

So far my favorite hacks are:
- VBSEO
- VBSEO Sitemap Generator
- Zoints Thread Tagging
- Number of Unread Posts
- vBOL
- AnyMedia

These have made running more forum easier and added features that my members really enjoyed.

vbseo, vbseo sitemap, vbseo conditional signatures, vbookie, vbplaza, unread posts, and the latest plugin for putting subforums in columns (so happy to not have to do template edits for that anymore).

unfortunately, a couple of those aren't being updated anymore it seems.
