Always used SmartFTP, never had any problems, and always seems to be highly recommended ;)

I didn't know there was one- will check that out!
Does anyone here use Firebug? Really handy FF extension for checking website code, lets you edit it live and see how things would change, including the CSS ;)

FTP programs..best one?

I'm currently using SmartFTP. Is there a better one than this one? I'm getting slightly annoyed with the extra button (the product license use countdown/up) I have to click to start the program. Which FTP program do you use, recommend and why?

Re: FTP programs..best one?

I normally use FileZilla because it's free, cross platform (Linux & Windows version are available), and it supports SFTP (secure) connections.
