Google Analytics

Howdy,

Somehow, I lost the coding/script I needed to have placed on my site. Were do
I go in the Dashboard to recover the coding and add it back onto my
sites? I've looked and looked and don't see it!

I see the option of "adding a new website" but that starts my stats from ZERO.

Thanks!

Lyte

Re: Google Analytics

Hey

To get a fresh copy of the tracking code, click the Edit link next to the appropriate profile on the Analytics Settings page, then select Check Status at the top-right of the table.

Re: Google Analytics

There it is! Thank you!

Is there anyway to merge two accounts?? When I couldn't find the first code/script I went ahead and created a new account. Now that new account has two days worth of data.

Thanks again!

Re: Google Analytics

According to a help topic on the site from March, there is currently no way to merge GA accounts.

Re: Google Analytics

Hey, where do I go to delete the extra account I created. Why doesn't Google create a freakin' nav bar or something!

Re: Google Analytics

Oh, well... see, I saw that and didn't think that was the right one or the only one available. I have two account popping up so I was hoping to just remove the extra one. I don't want to delete the coding.

Thanks for the link, I'll contact them.

Re: Google Analytics

Sorry for hijacking the thread, but what exactly is Google Analytics? Is it good for me site? Does it create any backlinks, traffic, or anything else?
