How can i convert skin from version 3.5.3 to 3.6.4

I have skin Valentine ver 3.5.3. I have just added to my forum but i had some error. How can I change something in this skin?

to answer your question, you can see the template history and see what changes need to be made to update.

if you are having problems, I can recommend a coder that can update your style for a small fee.
