How can I get a front page like this site?

I like the front page as it is able to have announcement section that will be coming from vbulletin forums, and on the left hand side, they have a side menu and stuff for articles... I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on to get that kind of thing setup..

or if oyu can point me to someone who knows how?

Things I can come to.. find some CMS system and bridge it to vbulletin, if thats so any recommendetaions to CMS systems?

well those are customized pages as in they made it their selves but if you want a CMS system that's already integrated with vBulletin, you can try vBAdvanced

The first in a CMS, not integreated with vB though.
The second one looks like a blog system...
