go into your forum manager edit the relevant forum, where you have the title of the forum insert in the following html code:

Code:
<font color="red">Music Center</font>
Edit color to whatever you wish, and change forum name which at the moment is Music Center to whatever you want.

Why would you use the font tag? It is so depreciated. Use a span tag with the style or class attribute.

Code:
<span style="color:red;">Music Center</span>

lol what ever floats your boat I guess. <font> tags was the first thing to come to mind. depreciated values are still valid unless your site is xhtml/css strict.
