How to change username color

Hi,

How to change username color after certain amount of post - kinda ranks alike. Example: v7n forum and digitalpoint forum.
I am not so sure if this kind of question have been asked before. I tried to search it at vbulletin.org, but no luck, could be I just missed it or I am blind. If so, please point me to the correct directions.

Use html markup for the usergroups then set promotions through acp to promote on x number of posts
