Edit your navbar template and find the following code:

<if condition="$show['pmwarning']"><div><strong><phrase 1="$vbphrase[pmpercent_nav_compiled]">$vbphrase[your_pm_box_is_x_full]</phrase></strong></div></if>

Add the following code below that:

<if condition="$show['reputation']">
Reputation Points: $bbuserinfo[reputation]
</if>

Re: How to do this?

Just add this:

<br/>
Reputation Points: $bbuserinfo[reputation]

After

<if condition="$show['pmwarning']"><div><strong><phrase 1="$vbphrase[pmpercent_nav_compiled]">$vbphrase[your_pm_box_is_x_full]</phrase></strong></div></if>

Of course if you switch off reputation system, you would have to manually remove it.
