What happens these days... someone who has a site with a high PR site sells links to others... it helps your own ranking to be linked from sites with a high rating.

yup, the more high PR links you can get back to your site, the better your chances that your site will get some PR

and if the site is relevant to yours, the better.

so like if we are able to get say 5 PR 7 links to vbs from webmaster sites,, our chances to have a pr of 5 or 6 on the next update is very good..

Once we get some good PR here, I'll start selling statewide links per month :1yes:
