AdminCP -> Styles and Templates -> Your Style

forumhome_forumbit_level1_post and forumhome_forumbit_level2_post find (in both templates)

<td class="alt1">$forum[threadcount]</td>
<td class="alt2">$forum[replycount]</td>

Replace with

<td class="alt1" style="font-weight: bold; font-size: 15px;">$forum[threadcount]</td>
<td class="alt2" style="font-weight: bold; font-size: 15px;">$forum[replycount]</td>

Change the CSS as you need to fit your needs
