You'll want to find the image tag in the header, and edit the link to point to the www.yoursite.com/portal.php.

Oh boy guys you're speaking a different language here. I went to

admincp-> style&templates -> Style Manager -> edit template -> header

This is what I see.

Code:
<!-- logo -->
<a name="top"></a>
<table border="0" width="" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" align="center">
<tr>
	<td align=""><a href=".php"><img src="" border="0" alt="" /></a></td>
	<td align="">
		&nbsp;
	</td>
</tr>
</table>
<!-- /logo -->

<!-- content table -->

<LINK REL="SHORTCUT ICON" HREF="http://www.mysite.com/forum/favicon.ico" />
Either I'm blind or dumb (or both) I can't seem to find a section for a url besides the favicon bit at the end.

Re: How to redirect banner to home portal page?

Cool, took me a little bit of time, but with some trial and error I got it! I kepted getting a red box for the image. Not sure what I did, but it ends up looking like this and it worked. Just realized the whatever goes in the quotes is after img src get's deleted in the code below..so that's what must have done it. You have to keep this part "$stylevar[titleimage] in there.

Code:
<!-- logo -->
<a name="top"></a>
<table border="0" width="" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" align="center">
<tr>
	<td align=""><a href="http://mysite.com/"><img src="" border="0" alt="" />
	<td align="">
		&nbsp;
	</td>
</tr>
</table>
<!-- /logo -->

<!-- content table -->

<link rel="icon" href="image/favicon.ico" type="image/ico"/>
