How to upload files in Firefox Browser: FTP

In Internet explorer it's relatively easy to connect to the ftp by going to ftp://yourdomain.com in the url browser, then clicking log in as. From there we can drag and drop files from computer to the net.

How do we do the same in Mozilla Firefox without the use of an FTP client like FireFTP?

Thanks,

Luigi

Re: How to upload files in Firefox Browser: FTP

I don't normally use the FTP in a browser, but I wanted to provide an FTP thing for some specific users so that they can share large files with me over the net instead of through email. At work we use IE where it's easy to drag and drop, but at home it seems people like using firefox and have been unable to upload files through the browser. I didn't want to force the users to download a FTP program like Smart FTP, FireFTP or Flash FTP, and was hoping to make it easy for them with a quick log in and drag and drop through the browser.
