I believe in Admincp >> Tools you can reset most users online

No. He installed fake community statistics, which always does that to a board. I would take it off if I were you.

NOW MY PROBLEM ITS OK....I MADE A USERGROUP *helper* OVER THE GROUP COPA USER....thats that i cant view the user profile....
