I have a problem, I need help....

Well, my website host, ipower, decided to change up to a new platform which I thought was a GREAT idea b/c their other CP was crappy in my opinion.

Anyway, in doing so, everything had changed, from the extentions to all.

So NOW I can't get into my Vbulletin to change everything since it's on the old platform. I keep getting this:
PHP Code:
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an erroryou should be able to see it in the error log
Can anyone tell me how to get around to get in to change everything? or do I need to contact Vbulletin

Thank in advance

When I try to access your rodtalk.com, it fowards it to some other url.
I don't think you need to contact vb, rather you should contact your host.

I did that to keep it from people seeing that message I put in the first message.

The initial information has vbulletin going to www.fastchrome.com/forums

check that

I'm sure the host has it screwed up, but i didn't know if i could get to my vbulletin from another way....

if your host has cpanel you could try ip:2082 and then your account logins.

Seems they have really messed up or bind or httpd. In any case it is up to them to solve this

I figured they screwed it up, They ahve a 45 minute wait to talk to someone so I guess I'm not the only one who is not satisfied. I'm going to see what server they set it up on and then tell them I am not satisfied, see what they can do.

If they can't do anything, I'm moving elsewhere...

thanks everyone

You shouldn't need to change any info with vBulletin, a 500 server error is outside of vb ;)

my suggestion, get a good host.
