I have a very big problem with my portal.....I had phpportal vbp 3.6.3...I uninstall it with the right way and by hand.(I delete all vbp files from database)Then i can't open the page.I take the message "you have no permition to open this page in this server"..I upload all the files from vbadvanced cmps 2.2.1 but when i try to install it,i take this message "The requested URL /forum/admincp/vbacmps_install.php. was not found on this server".The file is there...i can see them.But i can't install them.I open my ftp (Streamline.Net FTP Editor) and i try to run the file "vbacmps_install.php" but ask for me to login in.....i try but this "think" it does not recognize me.I try and this "http://www.vbadvanced.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1341" but it don't work.
If i want to keep my site open i must install again vbp 3.6.3.
Can you help me please?

so are you asking how to uninstall vbportal ? You'll have to ask over at vbp because it's a PITA
