Whats the best way of having a page for Links to other sites...?I have a few sites who want to link to mine and I am trying to figure out how best to do this.

If you want a page, and have a basic knowledge of html, you could to something like this:

You really shouldn't bother with link exchanges unless it's with a related site. You could always just make one thread and edit the first post, adding the link and maybe a short description of the site.
