mass disable e-mail from admins

How do I force set any members created in the last 4 days to "receive e-mail from admins" -> disabled?

Looking around the admincp in the users search i can search them, but it appears to be individual edits to change their settings.

AdminCP -> Maintenance -> Execute SQL Query -> Select "No - Receive Admin Emails".

it would of taken a custom query to disable admins in the last 4 days

did you have a rash of admins sign up or something? doesn't seem like something someone would do often.

Yeah, I really only wanted to disable the last couple days worth of members.

I'll live though, the active people don't need reminder spams from me.

If possible I'd like to go back and do this right.

Can someone help me with the custom query to disable admin e-mails for any @yahoo.com address.

If anything containing "yahoo" is easier that's fine I'll live with the small degree of error.
