I just got my first moderators...three of them

But, I was wondering....do we actually have to set the moderator settings per forum? Is there anything that can do it globally without doing them individually?

Make super-mods. Give them full moderating power on all the regular forums (besides your staff ones).

Ahh...so the supermods will have the "power" to handle all moderation of the forums. And then, I'll remove the ability to moderate the 'mod/admin' forums. Gotcha!

It should be like this..
Administrator -->Super Moderator -->Moderator

That's the best way when you have your very first staff coming on. Make everything easier and gives them the power they need to be you, when you aren't there.....
