need help


for my other site i changed the hosting company

and now i am on my new server but i have lost every thing members topis posts ect what can i do to get it back plzz helpppppppppp

If you moved servers and did not backup the database you are A. Screwed. and B. Out of luck.

Unless your old hosting still has the database, there isn't anything you'll be able to do but start over. If they still have the database, you need to make a few backups of it.

Then you'll need to transfer the database over and restore it on your new host.

Like Brandon said, you can use phpMyAdmin if available to export your old database, and import your new one.

If the database is to large, you'll have to use SSH access or have your hosting company do it for you
