What images am I missing? I dod not notice any problems with images...

I did make the change as you suggested...this is what the line looks like:

<td class="navbar"><a href="search.php?do=getdaily" accesskey="2">$vbphrase[todays_posts]</a></td>

and I still get the same error.

Nevermind about the image bit, that was due to my firewall acting up.

As for the today's post problem, it seems to me like a session issue or some thing like that. Best option would be to open a ticket at vBulletin support so they can help you pinpoint the problem so you can take it up with your host (which I feel is the reason behind it).
