I've had a few members mention to me that they aren't getting their reminder emails from vbulletin when someone responds to a post they made.

This has occurred immediately after switching from Lunarpages (YUCK!) to a dedicated server. I still receive all of my vbulletin emails. I setup a new test account and it gets the vbulletin emails fine too.

I have to think this is an issue with Hotmail or whoever rejecting the email as spam long before it even gets a chance to enter even a junk mail folder of the user. Has anyone else experienced this? Any thoughts?

Could be the new IP you are on on your new server getting snagged as spam. could also be their setting in their usercp. sometimes during a server move things happen. have them check and ensure their settings are good, then maybe send them a test email from the ACP, and if they STILL dont get it start researching as to whether or not your IP is blacklisted...

Sometimes Hotmail can put a message in spam if the server it's sent from is not the email address used. Example, if your server is vbulletinsetup.com and the email from is brandon@gmail.com - gmail and vbulletinsetup aren't the same
