I assume you are talking about the toolbar PR, pagerank is always changing ;)

I didn't see any changing the last "pr update" I don't really follow it anymore.
As long as the forum has some decent pr, it makes me happy..lol

I have not seen any changes...I have just seen a few threads over at Digital Point saying it is and saying it isn't going on.....

It looks like something is going on for sure. Backlinks are being updated too. No PR change for my main site, though.
