The threads are moderated but posts not. So new threads need your approval however existing threads it's business as usual.
What I do is bill them via Paypal. Also I have that forum HTML enabled which allows more flexibility in layout and tagging. For example, take a look at this one.

Notice how we can set the pics and also h1, h2 h3 tag.
Be alert if promising Google results though, I found Google quite pedantic on the way threads get indexed and dumped etc. One of the benefits of this form of advertising is the customer can link their site to it, their customers can interact if they want and content is added easily.
