I mean it`s acting strange sometime it doesn`t work and sometimes it works fine. This happens 2-3 times a day i`m confused to wat exactly is happening someone care to comment ??

Try another browser. If you're using IE, use Firefox or Opera. If the links work in another browser, clear your cache in IE.

Then it must be either a vBulletin problem or a host problem. Your browser is okay. Look in the appropriate template and make sure a link's there. If it is, and it's still not clickable, contact your host.
