Pre-set Avatars.

Hey guys..
Is there any hack ...or anything.. that will set an auto avatar ( i choose ) to all the registered members who doesnt have an avatar or didnt set any.. like this site..has an avatar for everyone who doesnt have an avatar..
Please let me know.. =) and how to install the hack aswell..

Upload the image in your styles folder, same as the structure in the zip.
Then import the product through your product manager
