Question regarding layout

I am just learning how to design sites, and I have a question for some of the more veteran designers -- it's probably a fairly basic question.

When I open my site in different sized browser windows, some my divs don't stay aligned how I want them aligned -- meaning that they usually move down to the next line because they don't fit in the smaller browser. I was just wondering if someone could advise me on how to keep them aligned no matter what size browser window someone uses?

Here's my site to show what I am talking about...Thanks!

Re: Question regarding layout

HA! Thanks for the bump Brandon. It looks the same in IE and FF (for now, though I am sure that problem will surface again), but just can't get the line-up to work in a smaller window. I assume it's related to CSS -- there has to be a parameter I am missing.
