question for vb


my forum is WhaleWager-Sports and Gambling News, Handicapping and Discussion - Powered by vBulletin

I have a problem with some people not being able to get on my site. Sometimes long time members cannot access site.

Here is a direct quote from a mod of mine.

john says:
I am a moderator of a forum and cannot access the forum without going thru a proxy. My forum is the only site on the world wide web that I cannot access. I have reset my modem twice with no luck. Please help

john says:
server can't be found

I suggest you get your nameservers checked(if on dedicated)
the last time this happened to my board, the problem was there. (i had setup an entry wrongly.
Ask your members to use tracert (sitename) in command prompt. See what it returns. (windows->run-> type cmd -> enter -> enter tracert sitename)
