well,, One thing I've done is.. Submitted my RSS feed to sites.. I use a little program that will submit to 100's if not 1,000's of sites..

a good thing to do is put a RSS Feed icon on your site and your users can click it and get the link you posted..

There are 3 main RSS feeds available with vBulletin, and you should try and optimize all of them..

If you have a blog on a different url' you can use your rss feed and have it automatically pull from your site and post on your blog as well.

ya. let me get some files together.. I'll see if I can find a rapidshare link that someone uploaded ;)

untill then a good thing to do is add the google, msn, yahoo buttons to your site so your users can add the RSS feed to their "mymsn" or google home pages..

Like I have My site on my google home page, I can see the newest post b4 even visiting the site ;)

actually, I have several sites on my google home page.. That way I can see whats happening b4 even going to the sites ;)

sorry, I had them added then seen it wasn't pulling the correct feed..
I was playing with them in class the day I posted


well for some reason, I can't find the pages where you enter your url, and then you can get the code from yahoo, google, and msn..

and then you put a small icon on your site and users can click the icon, then a feed of your site is posting on their my.yahoo or my google home pages that you can setup..
