What is the best way to modify your reputation settings?

Right now, everyone starts out with 10 points. They get +1 power for every 50 posts, every 180 days they are registered, or for every 10 points of reputation they receive.

They also can not give reputation until they have 20 posts. So once they make 20 posts they would have 2 reputation power.

I don't know if this is really balanced though. What do you guys use as your reputation settings?

I think we use the default settings, I may have dropped the post count down a little.. My suggest is to just play with it until you get a setup that works.
