Hi iam curenly develop a Game Networkz for my Friend and i download the latest version from Vbulletion site

after i download iam stuck

i cant find away to upload the forum to online

can anyone try to help me set my forum up

so after i download i get a vbulletion folder the nwhat do i do?

please can anyone provide my a easy guide
