Restoring post counts

OK. i had a fun and games section of my site TalkDelaware.

because of a contest, i turned the switch off to count post in that section.

i never turned it back on, so whatever post in there didn't count toward user post counts AND overall stats on site.

i recently flipped it back on, is there a way to add those lost posts back into the site stats? I did something that successfully added them back to the user post count. but site stats (50k+ posts or w/e) won't budge

Was that something that you did Maintenance -> Update Counters?
