Restricting registered members from being able to upload attachements

I do not want registered users to be able to upload attachements to my board.

I went to usergroups and shut them off

Registered users are still able to upload attachements. What did I do wrong and how do I turn off this ability. Thanks

Re: Restricting registered members from being able to upload attachements

I checked a couple of them and they are showing that attachments are not allowed for registered users.

I'll try setting the registered usergroups attachments to no and storage to 1

Thanks
