Rotating Banners within the header, etc

How do I put in rotating banners? I'm thinking of putting banners from forum sponsors, associated sites, and others on the top right corner, or even the center of my website header. tips?

I use Openads - Home on all my sites to rotate all my banners.

We use a product that isn't supported anymore, have you searched at vbulletin.org ? They have a few banner hacks.. one "ad management" I believe is the name.
