Think it would depend if they are free to download from that site? If they are free, then yes you could just save them and then upload to your forum

Your correct, these smiles are free, however you must get them from vbimageworks.. I can't stop you from dl'ing them from here, but for more options and the full packs, you must get them from Shelley's sites
