I've spent hours over the last few days on my forum trying to work out how I have on the post count for the top tier of the board 4,294,967,295 posts, even though when I looked at the threads there was only the post that should be there.

I have said earlier that at the moment we seem to be getting spammers from the old database re-registering and with the help of the Stop forum spam link I thought I had it under control. I have searched for answers on this board but to no avail, thats why I'm asking here. I've just checked back to my site and the post count has gone back to what it should have been. So what happened?

I did close the top tier to stop any more posts until I could work it out and also in the hope that the few Chinese based spammers would get the message that they are not wanted.
