Hi Vbulletin Setup I need your Help

Iam using Vbulletin 3.6.7

I dont know why when i Want to make a Subforum to show off under the Forum Section but it doesnt work

exmaple

My Mmorpg Section - Section

Runescape - Forum
-- Annoucement


RaGEZONE ( example site )

popups lately! ??

The subforums look fine to me ?
Maybe make the forum act as a forum, or act as a category.
