Before I posted this, I thought about putting "10 things to think about before making a website." , but then I thought, well maybe there are more then 10.

Anyways, I was trying to think of things that you think about before making a website. Act like you're trying to help a total noob try to make a website, but they don't know where to start. What would you try to make them think about before having you make their website.

Such things as:
Colors
Features
etc...

I always think of these factors. I think of what kind of site it is going to be. A gaming site, gardening site etc. Then I ask myself what kind of people will be on the site. That's what I always do, I don't just make a template, because I can't do that.

I learned from him^ and it always depends on what site...that usually determinds the colors and what not.

Here's some things:

• Plan your website thoroughly
• Make sure you or someone else can code this website
• Make sure the design is fit for purpose and audience
• Make sure you use whitespace wisely
• Make sure you have somewhere to host it
• ....
