an unusual problem

I have added awards to my site. and it appears everywhere but in thread it doesn't show up next to user name. and when I switch the Postbit_legacy to vertical then every thing appears under user avatar. but I don't want to use vertical align looks.
any suggestion how can I make it appear on the memberinfo bar...

edit the postbit template instead of the postbit_legacy template

What do you mean by the memberinfo bar?
