I just retried your forum... and it's really 3.6.8, i even tried it with a proxy.
I guess that your webhost did a rollback of the database and/or files.

It keeps going on and off for me. One second it works, the next it doesn't. And I think I heard once that during DNS prorogation it could show an older version of the server.

Yea, that's my site from yesterday. I upgraded to 3.7 since then, and reopened the forum.
