Upgrading

I know this has probably been asked a million times before, and maybe I'm just retarded and not entering the correct search terms, but I can't find exactly what I'm looking for. What I'm doing is moving host and upgrading at the same time. My old board was running 3.6.8 Patch 1, and the new board will be running 3.6.8 Patch 2. We had a TON of bugs in our old board, specifically with skins and plugins, so we decided it would be better to just start over on a fresh install, importing the users, threads, posts, etc. So far, I have exported the SQL database and imported it into the new board (keep in mind that I only exported those tables that were related to a fresh install and removed everything related to the extra plugins). All of my users have been imported properly, primary keys in the DB match up to the users, post counts are correct, as are the statistics on the main page. However, no matter what I do, or how many times I import the "forum" table, my current forum structure never shows. I'm still left with the default Main Forum crap. Any ideas?

MySQL verisons:
Old Board - 4.1.22
New Board - 4.0.25

PHP versions
Old Board - 4.4.7
New Board - 4.4.7

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
