Lol...I've had those ideas like forever. I'm not knowledgeable enough (nor do I have time) to do them myself and would love for someone else to start them.

Please letme know if you do create them. Especially number 3. I've expressed my opinion on that before at vb.com because thangs are so scattered it seems.

Honestly, i`m thinking of an escrow system, but it would be very hard to implement, and legal issues would arise fast.
