Vbadvanced integration problem

I have had this problem for some time and have been asking vbulletin, vbseo, and vbadvanced for help but can not seem to figure out the problem.

This doesnt occur all the time but every now and then, whenever anyone makes a post or reply this fatal error message pops out:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: print_portal_output() in /home/sole/public_html/forums/includes/functions.php on line 4668

However, the message is posted. Several of my users have started to notice is as well. I have upload a fresh copy of functions.php but still no luck. From my understanding print_portal_output is a vbadvanced lingual and not a vbulletin term. Therefore this may be causing the problem.

If anyone can help me with this problem, I will appreciate. It driving me nuts. Thank you

have you updated vb to 3.6 ? if so you need the 2.2 ( i think ) vba,, what ever is the newest..

Hi Brandon,

The vbadvanced I have is 2.2 running vb 3.6.0. I have been dealing with this problem for weeks now and have no clue what is causing it.

Did you follow the instructions to install it as well as uninstall old versions? Did you double check that you followed the instructions exactly?

Hello, I ran a fresh install since I did not have an older version on me. Also, I double checked the installation several times. I uploaded all the files again as well.

I have tried everything and looked everywhere but have not been able to fix this problem.

Last time i was at their website it seemed abandoned as far as support responces. Are you getting nothing from them?

Yea... the vbadvanced support system is horrible. I wonder how they stay in business with such poor support.

I had a member from vbseo take a look in my cpanel and got the problem fixed. It seems to be a problem when installing vbseo into vbadvanced.
