vBadvanced trouble

Install went smoothly. But after I was done with it... went to the page, got this error.

Warning: main(./includes/vba_cmps_include_template.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/bleepd/public_html/cmps_index.php on line 44

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required './includes/vba_cmps_include_template.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/bleepd/public_html/cmps_index.php on line 44

Also, it got my forum out of whack... so I am performing a system backup right now until I can figure out what the crap went wrong...

Re: vBadvanced trouble

Well, for starters, I would make sure you have uploaded all files to the correct directories. Mainly this one...

/includes/vba_cmps_include_template.php

Especially since its telling you that it doesn't exist. And if it does, try re-uploading that file again overwriting the old one. (I've had to do that a couple times)

Hope that helps you

Re: vBadvanced trouble

I installed cmps 3RC1 2 days ago, no major problems. Just had to tweak all the links in navbar and footer from relative to full path as usual with this hack. Not sure why but all links are one level wrong each time. Guess they never implment the fact that te index of cmps is one level higher then forrum.

Except that all went smooth. And indeed see to it that ll files are in the correct place and have correct permissions. Some ftp programs tend to mess with that.

Re: vBadvanced trouble

What I do when I added it was make sure to throw:

Code:
$vboptions['bburl']
In front of all links in navbar, which helps fix the error with that
