I think it is.. I'm using it here as you see, and I was using it on an old site and it still have 52,000 results in google..

ps. vBSEO isn't the end all for making your site #1, but it will help you more then any other hack or product for vBulletin..

You still should work on getting as many back-links to your site as you can, and build quality content ;)
